These Easy Vegan Cinnamon Rolls are a delightful treat for any occasion. Soft, fluffy dough filled with a sweet cinnamon mixture, they're perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 cup almond milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the filling: 1/4 cup vegan butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine flour and instant yeast
Add warmed almond milk, melted vegan butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract
Mix until a dough forms
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface
Spread softened vegan butter over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly
Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal slices
Place the slices in a greased baking dish, leaving space between each roll
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
Allow the cinnamon rolls to cool slightly before serving
