Roasted Radishes with Chives, Thyme and Rosemary



These Roasted Radishes with Chives, Thyme, and Rosemary are a delightful and flavorful keto-friendly side dish. Ingredients:

  • 1 lb 450g radishes, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

Add the radishes to a large bowl and mix in the olive oil, chives, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper

Make sure the radishes are covered evenly

Radishes should be spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper

Put the radishes in an oven that has already been heated and roast them for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring them once or twice during that time

Take the roasted radishes out of the oven and put them on a serving dish

As a tasty and flavorful keto-friendly side dish or snack, serve hot
