Ingredients:
- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place sliced onions and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker
Season the beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, dried rosemary, and dried thyme
