A simple but tasty pasta dish with soft ravioli covered in a butter sauce flavored with garlic and Parmesan cheese on top.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of store-bought ravioli
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the ravioli according to package instructions
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat
Add minced garlic to the skillet and saut until fragrant
Once the garlic is golden brown, add the cooked ravioli to the skillet
Toss the ravioli in the garlic butter sauce until well coated
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the ravioli and toss to combine
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving
